Debt recovery

Good debtor management is crucial for the health of an enterprise. We recover debts for various clients. We do this through the courts (summons) or through the extrajudicial procedure of "immediate collection" of monetary debts.

Sometimes debtors do not pay even after being ordered by the courts to do so. Forced execution through attachment of movable or immovable property is then often necessary. If you have to deal with a debtor's bankruptcy, a collective debt settlement or protection under the Belgian Continuity of Enterprises Act, we will help you in these procedures and find out whether you still have a chance of receiving payment, e.g. because you have a pledge, a mortgage, a guarantee or because you have provided for retention of title.
